Cosmetic Culture Co., Ltd. was founded in 1962. Our core principle is to create and use handmade cosmetics tailored for women by women, based on a thorough understanding of cosmetic knowledge. We started with a focus on membership-only sales and have continued to uphold this commitment.

Cosmetic Culture's Motto: Crafting Cosmetics Tailored to Each Individual

While not the majority, there are many people for whom existing skincare products do not suit their skin, and who have a strong preference for personalized cosmetics. Our motto is: "There are as many skin types as there are people. Therefore, each person needs skincare products that are perfectly suited to their individual skin!"
We develop formulations that cater to various age groups, skin types, and needs, providing personalized counseling for each customer and focusing exclusively on membership-only sales.

Evolving with the Times: Cosmetic Culture

While we have primarily focused on providing and selling skincare products, we have successfully developed and commercialized a new concept: "teeth color-changing makeup" under the product name 'COSMETEETH'. We will initially launch two products targeting different groups. Our sales approach will emphasize face-to-face interactions with customers and include counseling sessions conducted by a Vtuber named Kira Nebula. Currently, this service is available only within Japan.

A color-changing makeup for teeth. This new cosmetic style offers a way to express yourself by changing the color of your teeth to match your mood or occasion, introducing a new culture of self-expression!
The main ingredients are food-grade, and it dries in approximately 10 seconds after application.
The Tooth Makeup not only changes the color of your teeth but also provides two additional benefits:

"White Keep": Prevents stains from adhering to your teeth.
"White Care": Removes surface stains from your teeth during brushing.

We offer two product variations:

Kira Nebula is equipped with a special system that allows different personalities to be installed in a unique way. With the ability to change personalities, Nebula can communicate in multiple languages, enabling direct interaction with fans around the world.
The change in personalities is visually represented by the changing color of Kira Nebula's optional parts.

Graduated from Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences. Licensed pharmacist.
After working at the Nihon Kogyo Bank Clinic and in a dispensing pharmacy, she became the Representative Director of Hanix Co., Ltd. in 2005.
In February 2006, she was appointed Representative Director of Cosmetic Culture Co., Ltd.
In 2012, she was also appointed Representative Director of Hanic White Lab Co., Ltd.
